The Meeting Event is an opportunity for Torino Film Lab participants to pitch their projects in front of an international professional audience and look for producers, co-producers and sales agents.
Torino Film Lab uses b.square for real time meetings. After the presentation of all projects the agendas are opened and participants can ask for meetings: users have a short time to select the people to meet.
However, with b.square the organization has a optimized timetable. Then they freeze all agendas and print them. During the event, people can add meetings just ask the help desk: they can add new appointments and regenerate optimized agendas, without delete other setting meetings!
